Our client, a company in the hotel industry, is seeking a Senior Manager, International Sales to drive international sales strategy and expand market presence. This role offers the opportunity to work directly under the Head of International Sales, focusing on developing commercial partnerships and delivering revenue growth from international accounts.
- Manage and grow business from assigned international markets - Identify new business opportunities in key source markets - Build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders - Conduct sales calls and client meetings with partners - Monitor market trends and competitor activity - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans - Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements - Represent company at international trade shows and events
- Proven experience in international sales or global account management - Experience handling multiple international markets - Strong commercial mindset to drive revenue and build relationships - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Business-level English required; additional languages are a plus - Hospitality, travel, or service industry background preferred - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred but not mandatory - 5+ years of experience in international sales management - Ability to travel internationally as required
