Our client, a prominent player in the Technology sector, is searching a Senior IT Support Leader for their Japan office.
The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to take leadership over a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Management 管理: Handling IT-related operations, leading a team.
 - Technical Assistance 技術支援: L1 and L2 support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
 - Strategic Planning 戦略計画: Creating and executing service improvement strategies.
 
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT functions; at least 2-3 years in leadership.
 - Technical proficiency in Hardware, Software (Windows, Mac), Networking, Automation.
 - Experience in software troubleshooting.
 - Native Japanese; business-level English.
 - Familiarity with Cloud applications, ITSM systems, coding (Java, PHP, Python) will be advantageous.
