Senior HR Business Partner (Global IT Company)
Our client are a global leader in both B2C and B2B IT / software, recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle critical organizational and personnel issues.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations, based on HR data.
- Collaborate with staff at all levels of seniority.
- Provide leadership in areas like organizational design, development, talent development, employee engagement, and change management.
- Identify and nurture key talent in partnership with Talent Management; support employee development and retention.
- Support other tasks & processes incl. Engagement Surveys, Leadership Development Programs, Annual Rewards, and Workforce Planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Experience as HRBP (strongly preferred).
- Strong data analytics and HRIS skills.
- Experience in organizational design, talent development, and change management.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a globalized / international environment.
