Our client are a major high-end retail company, recruiting a Senior FP&A Analyst.

You'll support executive decision-making, budgeting, and expense management. The ideal candidate will have strong financial skills, solid accounting knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Our client offer a flexible working environment, with hybrid/remote work and flex-time available! This position will also be expected to take promotions into more senior roles.

職務内容：

• - 売上割引や返品を監視・分析し、マージン向上を図る
• - 売上返品リスクと在庫品質を評価し、適切な引当を行う
• - 定期的なレポート（毎日、毎週、毎月、四半期）を期限内に提出
• - 臨時のリクエストに迅速かつ正確に対応
• - 本社の月次P&L分析をサポート
• - 予算、予測、修正を含む計画プロセスを主導
• - 完全なP&Lステートメントとプレゼンテーション資料の準備
• - 四半期ごとの在庫棚卸計画と監視を担当
• - 小売業務プロセスの監視
• - 内部統制プロセスの確立を支援
• - 中央財務チームとの強力な関係を構築

応募資格：

• - 財務アナリストとしての3-5年以上の経験
• - 多国籍企業での勤務経験（尚可）
• - SAPの使用経験
• - IFRS会計基準の知識
• - 強力なプロジェクト管理スキル
• - 商業的洞察力とプロアクティブなアプローチ
