Our client is looking for a Senior Business Partnering Manager to manage financial and strategic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team.
• Create and update financial forecasts that account for changes in the business environment.
• Develop long-term plans and business models to support the organization's growth.
• Analyze current business processes and market conditions to recommend changes.
• Work with departments like Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align resources with company goals.
• Maintain a compliant work environment and assess the impact of different business decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business planning and financial analysis
• Know-how in using financial software such as SAP, TM1, and Tableau.
• Communication ability in both English and Japanese is required.
• Experience in a multinational company (preferred)
