Our clinet leverages cutting-edge AI technology to drive research and development both domestically and internationally. They focus particularly on the development of AI agents, offering innovative products and solutions utilizing large language models (LLM). This enables them to improve productivity and operational efficiency across various industries.

They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the AI Agent Framework, which is utilized across the organization.
This position involves leading the implementation of complex features, such as a high-speed, scalable, multi-tenant runtime environment and interactions between multiple agents, while collaborating with internal and external development teams.

Requirements: 

  • Practical experience in application development using Python (5+ years)
  • Practical experience in machine learning (3+ years)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Business-level communication skills in either English or Japanese (proficiency in one is required).
