Audit Manager - International Professional Services (国際業務監査マネージャー)

Our client are a global professional services firm, searching for a dedicated Audit Manager to join their team. This client has operations in approximately 100 countries & offers specialized services in audit, accounting, advisory, and tax.

業務内容:

• 法定および任意監査の管理と実施。
• 金融商品取引法や会社法に準拠した監査を実施。
• 資産清算法や投資有限責任契約法に基づく法定監査を実施。
• グローバル企業の日本子会社に関する監査およびレビューを行う。

必要資格・経験:

• 日本の公認会計士またはUSCPAの資格。
• 監査や会計の職場での監督または管理職の経験が5年以上。
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力があると尚可。
