Our client is a leading global consulting firm, recruiting Accounting Managers/Senior Managers for their Tax consulting business department.

Responsibilities:

• - Oversee end-to-end client operations from process analysis to execution.
• - Team leadership (focus on quality control, resource management, and operational efficiency).
• - Encourage team growth through training, mentorship, and team-building activities.
• - Take advantage of business development opportunities; recommend solutions.

Requirements:

• - 8+ years relevant experience in (accounting, finance, or tax departments of multinational companies and/or consultancy firms).
• - Team management experience / skills.
• - Relevant certifications will be advantageous eg. public accountant (CPA), USCPA, tax accountant, or similar.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
