Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly financial reports.
• Handle billing processes and ensure timely financial closings.
• Involved in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Improve financial processes for greater efficiency.
• Lead and mentor junior finance staff.
• Work with the Finance Director and key stakeholders for financial insights.
• Contribute to various financial projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or financial management.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
