We are looking for a Security Consultant to help enhance the security of our international clients. As part of the post-sales team, you will work with clients to apply and manage security solutions. This remote role allows you to work with various teams, ensuring top-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams to deliver security services.
• - Work with clients to understand and address their technical and business needs.
• - Collaborate with product teams to adapt solutions based on client feedback.
• - Ensure client success by managing deliverables with internal teams.
• - Work with technical experts to solve issues while upholding company values.
• - Improve processes by working with global team members.

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in web security consulting.
• - Knowledge of security technologies, compliance, and event management.
• - Familiarity with web development, IT systems, or security operations.
• - Understanding of project management principles.
• - Strong communication skills and experience in building customer relationships.
• - Ability to work independently and with a team, showing initiative.
• - Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
