We are currently seeking a SAP Business Analyst for a client in the environmental services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary link between business units and IT, focusing on SAP systems such as SAP HANA, Ariba, and Concur.
• Identify and address business needs, initiating the development of appropriate SAP solutions.
• Work with global teams to develop improved business solutions.
• Lead and manage medium-sized SAP deployment projects in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee SAP system maintenance and operations, ensuring service level agreements are met through effective contractor management.
• Participate in ERP projects, supporting various business needs in an international context.
• Liaise with global headquarters and vendors for project coordination and execution.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in ERP system management, preferably with SAP.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• FI/CO experience (preferred).
• Prior experience in project leadership (preferred).
• Additional qualifications such as an MBA or PMP certification (preferred).
• Fluent Japanese ability is mandatory.
