Our client are a leading developer and manufacturer of medical devices, expanding their Sales team.

You'll report directly to the Japan Sales Director, and you will have a high amount of autonomy in developing and executing strategies to grow business operations across the Kansai region.

主な業務内容

• - 顧客ニーズを理解し、製品やサービスの情報を提供
• - 学会、ワークショップ、セミナーなどの営業活動に参加
• - KOL（キーオピニオンリーダー）との強固な関係を構築・維持
• - CRM（顧客管理システム）を活用し、顧客情報、日々の活動、手術スケジュールを記録・共有
• - 部門間の連携を図り、円滑な製品供給と情報流通を確保

応募資格

• - 3年以上の営業経験
• - 医療機器業界での経験
• - 人工内耳製品の経験があれば尚可
