Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for retail IT operations in Japan.
- Manage the local Service Desk, upholding high standards and adherence to global protocols.
- Oversee IT service delivery, achieving set SLAs and KPIs.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert in retail technology, particularly in new store openings and retail projects.
- Maintain productive relationships with vendors, focusing on effective service delivery.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues.
- Implement and manage new infrastructure technologies and services.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in IT (retail industry preferred), with a focus on service and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Communications, or related fields highly preferred.
- Competent in managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks; certification preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
