Research Associate for a Global Asset Management Firm

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of current holdings and future potential investments for Japanese equity strategies
• Seek and propose new ideas for Japanese equity strategies
• Build up and execute engagement work on existing holdings
• Support portfolio management workflow for Japanese equity strategies

Qualifications

Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience as research analyst within buy-side firms
• High level of English and Japanese fluency
• Experience in analyzing and engaging companies
• Excellent communication skills and a team player

Preferred

• CFA holder
• Generalist
