We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Specialist for a leading company in the life sciences industry. This role involves improving post-marketing safety and quality assurance for a variety of products, including immunology, genetics, and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety management for in vitro diagnostics and medical devices, complying with GVP Ordinance, and coordinate with global headquarters on safety measures and PMDA reports.

体外診断用医薬品および医療機器の安全管理を行い、GVP省令に準拠しながら、安全対策やPMDAへの報告をグローバル本社と調整する。

Handle local processes for resolving quality issues and complaints, working closely with manufacturers.

品質問題やクレーム対応のためのローカルプロセスを管理し、メーカーと密接に連携する。

Develop and maintain a quality management system that meets QMS Ordinance requirements and international standards.

QMS省令および国際基準に準拠した品質管理システムの構築および維持を行う。

Conduct QMS inspections and oversee manufacturing sites as per the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.

医薬品医療機器等法に基づき、QMS査察を実施し、製造拠点の管理を行う。

Follow legal requirements related to chemical substances and environmental regulations, including the Poisonous and Hazardous Substances Control Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act.

毒物及び劇物取締法や労働安全衛生法などの化学物質および環境規制に関連する法的要件を遵守する。

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, safety management, or quality control in in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

体外診断用医薬品、医療機器、または医薬品分野における品質保証、安全管理、品質管理の実務経験（3年以上）。

Experience in design, development, manufacturing, or product launch in related fields is a plus.

関連分野における設計、開発、製造、または製品上市の経験があれば尚可。

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations like the QMS and GVP Ordinances.

QMS省令およびGVP省令などの医薬品関連規制に関する深い理解。

Degree in chemistry, biology, immunology, biochemistry, microbiology, engineering, agriculture, or pharmacy.

化学、生物学、免疫学、生化学、微生物学、工学、農学、または薬学の学位を有すること。

Proficient in English with strong communication and logical thinking skills.

英語に堪能で、優れたコミュニケーション能力および論理的思考力を有すること。

Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently while working well in cross-functional teams.

自主的に業務を遂行し、クロスファンクショナルなチームと円滑に協働できる能力。

Expertise in laws and regulations for in vitro diagnostics or medical devices.

体外診断用医薬品または医療機器の法規制に関する専門知識。

Experience with chemical substance management.

化学物質管理の実務経験。

Knowledge of biochemistry, immunology, genetics, and pathology testing.

生化学、免疫学、遺伝学、病理検査に関する知識。

Pharmacist qualification is a plus.
