We’re looking for a QA Manager to help build and lead the QA function for one of Japan’s most recognizable B2C products. This is a product you’ve almost certainly seen advertised on trains and stations, used daily by a large and growing user base, and regarded as one of the top products in its domain. Working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers, you’ll play a key role in defining how quality is built, measured, and scaled across the entire product lifecycle as the company continues its rapid growth.What You’ll Be Responsible For
Define and execute a quality assurance strategy and framework across products
Lead test planning, design, execution, and results analysis
Drive and manage test automation and related tooling
Standardize QA processes and implement continuous improvement
Prevent defects through strong collaboration with development and business teams
What We’re Looking For
Extensive QA experience in web and app domains
Practical experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
Proven QA leadership or lead role experience
Experience designing and improving quality processes
Business-level Japanese for day-to-day communication
