Our client are a major player in the healthcare sector, looking for a Senior Specialist in Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and track delivery timelines
• Oversee import procedures and regulations
• Handle RFPs with logistics companies
• Maintain data in the ERP (SAP) system
• Negotiate terms with suppliers for pricing, payment, and delivery
• Evaluate supplier performance
• Ensure adherence to company quality and purchasing policies
• Monitor budget and KPIs for the department

• 輸入規制と手続きの管理
• ロジスティクス企業へのRFP対応
• ERP（SAP）システムのデータ管理
• 取引先との取引条件交渉（価格、支払い、納期）
• 供給業者の評価

• 部門の予算とKPIのモニタリング

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of purchasing experience in a global setting
• Previous work in medical device supply chain preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Science
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese
