Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage telecom projects, addressing challenges as they arise.
• Establish and enforce policies and planning initiatives.
• Update and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Handle budgeting, reporting, and auditing tasks.
• Manage timesheets, approvals, and invoicing processes.
• Streamline operational management systems.
• Oversee team activities and deliverables.
• Act as a Scrum Master when needed, with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Lead client interactions in Japanese, coordinating between international teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Telecom (4G, 5G) areas: design, deployment, and testing.
• Familiarity with development, testing, and maintenance project management.
• Previous management and leadership roles.
• Understanding of financial metrics including P&L, balance sheets, and cash-flow.
• Ability to work with managers, partners, and employees.
• English and Japanese communication skills.
• Competence in financial management.
