My client is a B2B SaaS provides a comprehensive database and business intelligence tools for real estate professionals, including investment funds, real estate companies, and banks. Our service collects, integrates, and analyzes data from various sources like REIT disclosures, government records, broker websites, and real estate companies. Users can also upload their own data and create databases using image recognition technology.
Responsibility
- Formulating a roadmap to realize the product vision
- Project planning and prioritization
- Progress management and facilitation of the entire development project
- Planning, requirements definition, and specification formulation for new features/function improvements
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders related to the above
- Collecting and analyzing VOC (Voice of Customer) after the release of new features, continuous product improvement, and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in developing B2B web services.
- Experience in formulating and leading implementation plans based on product strategy through discussions with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Experience in product development using agile methodologies with an in-house engineering team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Experience in using design tools like Figma to visualize the future of the product and evolve it by incorporating feedback from customers and internal members.
