Product Investment Development Specialist

Our client, a leader in financial services, is looking for a Product Investment Development Specialist to join their Japan Wealth and Asset Management team.

This important role involves creating and managing investment products for both local and international markets, serving Retail and Institutional clients. Reporting to the Head of Investment Product, Asia, this role is key in enhancing and expanding the product offerings that support our client’s Retail and Institutional business in Japan.

主要な職務内容:

- 個人および機関投資家向け投資商品の企画・設計
- PPITやPOITなどの投資ビークルの導入と管理
- 国内商品の管理とサポート
- 新規プロジェクトの戦略立案と提案
- 新商品の立ち上げに向けた初期資本の調達
- 地域における商品開発およびローンチの支援

応募資格:

- 投資商品開発、商品管理、ファンドオンボーディングにおける5年以上の経験
- 自主性があり、目標達成に向けたモチベーションを持つ方
- 問題解決能力に優れ、細部に注意を払える方
- 投資戦略、ポートフォリオ構築、関連金融商品の深い理解
- CMA/CFA資格保有者
- 金融機関での経験、特に商品管理の経験
- 金融データおよび分析ソフトウェアに精通していること
