Procurement Buyer (Tokyo) - Food Industry up to 12M JPY

A leading company in the global food industry is looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to join their Tokyo team. This role offers the chance to work internationally and grow within a company that values career development and innovation. The position includes a hybrid work model, with two days of remote work each week.

As a Procurement Buyer, you will manage procurement for various food categories like fresh produce, prepared foods, dairy, and meat. You will report to the Purchasing Director or a Senior Manager. Your main tasks will include reducing costs and increasing value through supplier negotiations and effective category management.

主要業務内容

- 調達戦略を策定・実施し、競争力のある食品原材料を確保するためにサプライヤーと交渉し、新しい生産地域を探索しながら強固なベンダー関係を築きます。
- コスト削減と原材料の最適化を目的とした年間予算を作成・管理します。
- ビジネスユニットやメニュー開発チームと連携し、店舗や顧客のニーズを満たす調達戦略を構築します。
- サプライヤーの選定・評価を行い、信頼性のあるサプライチェーンを維持します。
- 市場動向や競合他社の活動に関する情報を収集し、調達判断に活用します。
