Office Manager (Hybrid, up to 12M JPY)
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a top financial services company in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities

- - Welcome visitors and manage phone inquiries at the reception.
- - Support HR with tasks like payroll and tax management.
- - Assist IT with setting up new employees and basic troubleshooting.
- - Keep track of IT and office equipment inventory.
- - Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
- - Organize office events and team-building activities.
- - Handle special projects and maintain global office standards.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- - Fluent in Japanese with business-level English.
- - At least 4 years of office administration experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- - Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and compliance.
- - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- - Strong problem-solving abilities with cultural awareness.
- - Professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
