Our client is searching for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations at a Niseko location.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient operations to support revenue growth.

Key Duties:

• Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling hotel staff, helping create a vibrant and effective team.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing to create strategies for expanding business and maximizing profitability.
• Monitor hotel finances and contributing to budgeting decisions to support sustainable growth.
• Propose and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue and service quality.
• Coordinate smoothly among various hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead by example, by upholding company values and standards in all actions and decisions.
• Gather and analyze feedback from staff and guests to drive continual improvement in services and operations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in hotel management or a related role.
• Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations, budgets, and business reports.
• Experience with hotel management systems
• Familiarity with various hotel facilities (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Conversational-level Japanese communication ability.
• Business-level English communication ability.
