Our client, a renowned hotel in Tokyo, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications strategies. This role offers the opportunity to drive hotel awareness and revenue through innovative digital marketing, PR, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- 年間マーケティング計画の策定と収益目標の調整

- ウェブサイト、SEO/SEM、オンラインプレゼンスの管理

- ソーシャルメディア戦略とコンテンツ作成の監督

- メディア、インフルエンサー、パートナーとの関係構築

- キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを監視し、レポートを提供

- ブランドの認知度を高めるためのコラボレーションの実施

- 必要に応じて危機管理コミュニケーションをサポート

- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with revenue goals

- Manage website, SEO/SEM, and online presence

- Oversee social media strategy and content creation

- Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners

- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports

- Execute collaborations to enhance brand visibility

- Support crisis communications when required

Qualifications:

- ホスピタリティまたはラグジュアリーブランドのマーケティング経験

- 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力

- SEO/SEMを含む強力なデジタルマーケティングスキル

- 広報およびメディアリレーションの経験

- Experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing

- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO/SEM

- Proven ability to manage revenue-driving campaigns

- Experience with social media strategy and content creation

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Experience with strategic partnerships and collaborations
