Site Quality Manager

🔍Overview of the job

As the Site Quality Manager, you'll spearhead the quality initiatives at the Plant, overseeing product quality and regulatory compliance for local regulations and the Company's guidelines. Help create a culture of continuous improvement, integration of quality systems, and driving excellence across all parts of operations.

🎯Responsibilities

• Creation and implementation of robust quality policies and systems
• Supply chain management and third-party supplier oversight

• HSE implementation and commitment to safety standards

🔑Qualifications

• Required expertise in quality assurance, GxP regulations, and significant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Essential leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills are pivotal for the role.
• Preferred qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or an equivalent background.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience is highly desirable.
