• 企業、無形資産、有形資産の詳細な評価を実施する。
• M&A意思決定をサポートするExcelモデルの開発及び検証を行う。
• M&A取引における評価方法と解釈に関するアドバイザリーサービスを提供する。
• 気候変動・ESGなどの社会的、ビジネス上の課題に対する経済分析を行う。
• 経験豊富な応募者には、チーム管理業務が担当される可能性があります。

応募資格：

• 財務会計に関する知識。
• 金融機関での経験、M&Aや戦略コンサルティングでの経験（優遇）。
• CPAやCFAなどの資格（優遇）。
