Responsibilities:

• Screen and select franchisee candidates.
• Oversee negotiations and finalize franchise agreements
• Coordinate with investment banks and franchisees.
• Market to high-net-worth individuals.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience in franchising (preferred).
• Experience in investment banking or financial advisory (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
