Our client operates in the technology and entertainment sectors and is seeking a Legal Counsel. The role focuses on digital music licensing in the Asia-Pacific, particularly Japan. Suitable candidates will have significant legal experience and a strong understanding of the digital music industry.

主な業務内容

• ビジネス開発部門と連携し、音楽ライセンス戦略を策定。
• 音楽ライセンス契約のドラフト作成、審査、最終調整。
• 社内の法的疑問に迅速に対処。
• 音楽に関わる知的財産法に対する専門的アドバイスの提供。

必要資格

• 契約法における5年以上の実務経験。特にテクノロジー、エンターテインメント、メディア業界での経験が望ましい。
• 音楽産業の法的・ビジネス面での専門的知識。
