As a QA Lead, you will take ownership of quality strategy and execution for a new product being built by an internal “startup-style” incubation team. This is not a traditional QA role — you will define what quality means, build the QA function from the ground up, and ensure the product is ready for global-scale release.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience managing and leading QA teams or QA initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience designing test processes and QA frameworks
- Familiarity with QA standards and methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, ISO, best practices)
