What you will do
- Own mid–long term product vision & roadmap for a large-scale AI agent platform
- Define and ship 0→1 and 1→10 features with AI as the core
- Translate AI research & engineering into usable product value
- Lead planning and requirement definition for novel AI use cases
- Drive growth using data, experiments, and continuous user feedback
- Work closely with execs, engineering, data science, and PdM peers
- 3+ years experience in product management
- 0→1 or 1→10 product launch/scaling experience
- Data-driven decision-making track record
- Deep passion for AI and self-learning of trends/research
- Experience building product-level competitive advantage (moat)
- Fluent Japanese & business-level English
