Our client are a Japanese HQ-ed global Financial Services company, recruiting a Lead Developer (VP level).

This is a rare "greenfield" opportunity to lead the design and development of front office systems from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creation / development / maintenance of front office systems.
• Manage a team of developers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify system needs and find solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in banking / securities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Skills in software design and development.
• Fluent in Java or, C++, and/or Python
• MUST be fluent in Japanese
