• ビジネス目標に沿った研修プログラムの設計及び管理
• タレント評価を用いて、従業員の成長エリアを特定
• 企業のリーダーと協力して、将来のリーダーシップニーズを計画
• 研修プログラムのパフォーマンスへの影響を測定
• 内部および外部の研修イベントを組織

応募資格

• ラーニング＆ディベロップメントにおける5年以上の経験
• 学習管理システム（LMS）に対する理解（尚可）
• 多国籍企業での業務経験（尚可）
