  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Japanese market

  • Utilize digital advertising platforms like Google, Yahoo, and LinkedIn for lead generation
  • Enhance website engagement through content, SEO optimization, and strategic management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials and drive channel revenue
  • Organize engaging virtual and in-person events to promote the brand and generate leads
  • Lead a regional marketing team in achieving key objectives and boosting revenue


  • At least 5 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency with strong English communication skills
  • Track record of successful marketing projects and campaigns
  • PR experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools like Marketo
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, HTML & CSS
