A major client in the medical device industry is actively seeking an experienced Lead for IT Strategy. This individual will play a crucial leadership role in driving strategy & digital transformation (DX) within the client.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Strategic Project Lead to develop a unified IT Strategy and Roadmap.
• Coordinate digital transformation (DX) programs, integrating them into the IT strategy.
• Define, maintain, and evaluate processes for IT Strategy and planning.
• Manage the internal and external communication of IT Strategy elements.
• Manage relationships with external partners for innovation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years' experience in IT or as a Senior IT Consultant.
• 2 years' experience developing IT roadmaps in conjunction with Business Stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture.
• 2 years' experience in the Medical industry is desirable, in either a consulting capacity, or directly in a Life Science / Healthcare Company.
• In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, technical capabilities, operations, people, and processes.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Project Delivery.
• Communication ability in both Japanese and English.
