Our client in the medical device industry is searching for an IT Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and manage their respective teams. This is a management-level role. The suitable candidate will be a capable leader and independent thinker, able to make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated team. Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members.
• Work with senior business leaders to define program scopes.
• Set and control budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and oversee program quality plans.
• Formulate a risk management plan and set counteractions.
• Lead the Procurement Management Plans.
• Work with external vendors.
• Create a stakeholder engagement plan considering their needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

• BS degree or equivalent; MS and/or MBA is a plus.
• At least 8 years of related work experience.
• Communication ability in both Japanese and English.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage.
