IT Infrastructure Manager

A leading company in the healthcare sector is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and improve their IT operations in Japan. This role is key to driving digital change and ensuring smooth IT service operations. The successful candidate will lead digital initiatives and support the organization's technology goals, offering a chance to work on innovative projects within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage infrastructure operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a small team, promoting their development.
- Functionally report to the APAC Infra Manager in Shanghai and work closely with the Japan Head of IT.
- Manage cloud services and virtual machines, focusing on MS Azure.
- Oversee network and infrastructure services, ensuring they meet standards and service level agreements.
- Lead troubleshooting and work with global support teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Develop project plans that align with business goals.
- Innovate service development and manage escalations effectively.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, especially with MS Azure.
- Strong project management skills and experience in international projects.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- CISSP certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Self-driven and resilient, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in design thinking and user experience is beneficial.
- Holds a PMP certification or is familiar with enterprise architecture.

要件:

- 特にMS AzureでのITインフラ管理における豊富な経験。
- 国際プロジェクトでのプロジェクト管理スキルと経験。
- 日本語と英語のビジネスレベルの能力。
- CISSP認定はプラスです。
- 多様なチームをリードし、ステークホルダーと協力する能力。
- 強力な問題解決能力と批判的思考。
- 自発的で回復力があり、学び成長したいという欲求。
- ステークホルダーとの関係を管理する能力を持つ優れたコミュニケーター。
- デザイン思考とユーザーエクスペリエンスの経験は有益です。
- PMP認定を保持しているか、エンタープライズアーキテクチャに精通していること。
