Responsibilities of the role
- Ensuring the functionality and reliability of the CRMsystem for JPAC area
- Designing and developing customizationsand integrations
- Fulfilling service requests, supporting operational activities, collaborating with stakeholders, managing service provider performance, implementing Agile practices, and simplifying the landscape.
Requirement of the role
- 7+ years of experience in digital applications
- Experience managing outsourced vendors
- Must have experience managing CRM platforms
- Experience implementing Agile principles
- Familiarity with ITIL standards
