Our client are a global food manufacturer recruiting an Investor Relations Manager. You'll oversee and direct all Japan IR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute quarterly earnings materials.
• Manage data relevant to IR.
• Engage with both institutional and retail investors; lead investor meetings and presentations.
• Manage the creation and release of public disclosures; enhance governance and disclosure standards.
• Maintain the investor relations section of the corporate website.
• Handle relevant media relations.
• Supervise the usage of the company's branding in external media.

Qualifications:

• MUST be Native or Fluent in Japanese language.
• 3 years relevant experience in investor relations (strongly preferred)
• Experience in related financial roles (eg. business planning or finance).
• Foundational knowledge of accounting (sufficient for financial communication).
