Help provide a bridge across existing retail and wholesale teams enabling support of group-wide companies - Japan wholesale, retail, asset management and so on.

Requirements

Infrastructure Engineer

• Has built bespoke Windows
• Experience/certification for Windows 10 & 11
• Currently residing in Japan
• Fluent in English
• Business Japanese (nice to have)
• Experience and knowledge with the following tools: SCCM, Orchestrator, Software Center, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, Symantec Endpoint Management, Systrack, Vmware Horizon, Citrix Workspace, etc.

Support Roles: Desktop Support/Messaging & Collaboration Support/Voice SupportBusiness English

• Business Japanese (mandatory, not preferred)
• Currently residing in Japan
• Experience in a support role
• Experience in finance (preferred)
