Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy for Commercial, R&D units in Japan
- Design talent acquisition and development strategies
- Collaborate on leadership development and career pathing
- Execute HRIS and Total Rewards initiatives
- Ensure HR operational efficiency in Japan
- Align HR agenda with business growth priorities
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in HR, 8+ years in HR management
- Japanese native level, English business level
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience in healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in talent acquisition and development
- Experience in organizational design and effectiveness
- Experience in performance management systems
