Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Growing Software Company
Our client are a growing software provider, recruiting a HR Business Partner.
You will drive HR initiatives that produce real business outcomes. Our client provides opportunities to work directly with global counterparts, as well as pathways for learning and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Collaborate with multiple business unit leaders to provide HR support.
- - Design HR programs & strategies.
- - Handle employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
- - Offer performance management guidance (including coaching, counseling, and career development).
- - Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws; reduce legal risks.
- - Participate in global HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- - 5-8 years of experience relevant HR experience.
- - Employee relations experience.
- - Experience as a HRBP (preferred)
- - MUST be fluent in Japanese
- - Knowledge of Japanese labor laws.
- - Health Supervisor Certificate (preferred).
- - Other relevant HR certifications (preferred).
