As the HRBP, you will:

• Prioritize and deliver HR solutions that offer significant value to the organization.
• Establish and nurture internal relationships, integrating local business insights into HR planning.
• Oversee the HR team and manage HR budgets.

The suitable candidate should possess:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in change management and HR data strategy development.
• Exceptional coaching, consulting, and advisory abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to inspire and influence.
• Proficient in both English and Japanese.
• Comprehensive understanding of current legislation and complex business strategies.
