We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing gaming company. You'll have the opportunity to make strategic decisions, supervise financial operations, and manage organizational budgets in a global working environment with a great culture.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee company budget planning and execution
• Advise executive management on financial strategy for informed decision-making
• Create and implement company-wide financial policies and procedures
• Supervise financial activities.
• Develop and present monthly and annual financial reports
• Conduct quarterly board meeting reports involving international stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret financial performance against business plans
• Research financial reports and market trends to provide actionable insights
• Liaise with multiple departments to align strategies and set future objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of Japanese accounting standards, principles, and regulations
• Level 2 Japanese Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent experience
• International experience as a Finance Manager, experience in accounting system implementation, knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS (advantageous)

求める資格：

• 日本の会計基準、原則、規制についての広範な理解
• 簿記2級の資格または同等の経験
• 尚可 - ファイナンスマネージャーとしての国際経験、会計システム導入経験、US GAAPまたはIFRSの知識
