Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance HR-related business processes and systems.
• Diagnose areas for improvement and recommend tech-based solutions.
• Formulate and oversee project execution strategies.
• Generate detailed reports for management.
• Guide and advise fellow consultants.
• Maintain quality standards through periodic reviews.
• Participate actively in pitches to win projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HR data analysis and its strategic implementation.
• Over 2 years in steering projects to success.
• Proven leadership qualities.
• Crafting blueprints for HR system overhauls.
• Spearheading RFPs and vendor choices for HR system executions.
• Steering HR BPR projects end-to-end.
• Assisting in selecting the best-fit HR tech products.
• Executing proof-of-concept implementations using BI and AI tools.
