Responsibilities

• Lead a range of strategic HR projects, across both short-term and long-term.
• Design major HR policies & project manage their implementation.
• Improve existing HR functions & processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior management.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience.
• HR consulting experience (preferred).
• Experience proposing / managing HR change projects (preferred)
• Experience with FMCG / consumer goods industry (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to interface with senior executives.
