Our client, a global leader in technology innovation within the manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR Senior Specialist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to execute HR strategies and manage human resource functions for a dedicated business unit, providing a platform for career development and leadership in a dynamic environment. The position offers a competitive salary of up to 12M and the chance to work with local and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR for dedicated business units
- Administer employee relations and performance management
- Update and manage HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support campus hire events and programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee satisfaction
- Monitor legislative changes to minimize legal risks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in HR within a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory)
- Experience with HRIS systems like SAP or Workday is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple countries
- Strong skills in employee relations and performance management
