Our client in the luxury industry is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager.

The role reports directly to the Japan HR Director, and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a clear path to becoming a HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Report to the HR Director in Japan
• Manage HR activities for both the Retail and Corporate sectors
• Employee Relations
• Year-End Reviews

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources operations
• Experience in luxury or retail is an advantage
