Our client are a leader in facilitating C2C consumer products trading, seeking an experienced HR Generalist. You will be instrumental in managing comprehensive HR functions and facilitating communication between the Japanese office and the US headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and Workday system management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and administer compensation and benefits.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.
• Implement and maintain performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
• Serve as a communication bridge with the US headquarters, requiring proficiency in Japanese (near-native) and English (business level).

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Capability to manage various HR tasks effectively.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
