HR Business Partner / HRBP (Medical Device) 人事ビジネスパートナー
We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner for a medical devices company in Tokyo.
The suitable candidate will be capable of making strategic decisions independently. You will have the opportunity to travel regularly and work with multiple regional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on organizational structure, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Implement change initiatives and team development strategies.
- Assess organizational development needs and provide solutions.
- Manage annual HR processes such as Talent and Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Compensation.
- Lead specific Talent & Culture programs and HR transformation projects.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Ability to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Skills in project and program management.
- Effective communication and ability to influence at various levels.
- Independent and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
