Our client, a luxury hospitality company in Kyoto, is seeking a Hotel Accounting Supervisor. This role offers the opportunity to oversee and ensure accurate financial operations within a prestigious hotel setting, ideal for professionals in their 20s and 30s.

主な職務内容：

日々のバンケット収益を記録し、確認する
許可証の承認と文書化をレビューする
遅延料金を調査し、クレジットマネージャーに報告する
OperaとSunシステム間の収益をアップロードし、調整する
月末の仕訳伝票を作成し、口座を調整する
VATおよび酒税をシステム記録と一致させる
客室およびF&Bの抜き打ちチェックを行う
トライアルバランスを実施し、正しい口座記録を確認する
監査を最終確認し、翌日のためのシステム準備を行う

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and verify daily banquet revenue
- Review allowance vouchers for approval and documentation
- Investigate late charges and report to Credit Manager
- Upload and reconcile revenue between Opera and Sun systems
- Prepare month-end journal vouchers and reconcile accounts
- Reconcile VAT and Excise Tax with system records
- Conduct surprise checks of rooms and F&B
- Perform trial balance to ensure correct account postings
- Finalize audit and prepare system for next day

応募資格：

ホテル会計での3年以上の経験（必須）
OperaおよびSun会計システムに精通していること（必須）
日本語および英語に堪能であること（必須）
VATおよび酒税の調整経験
会計または金融の学士号
ホスピタリティ業界での財務監査経験
優れた分析力と問題解決能力
注意深く、正確な作業ができること

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in hotel accounting (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Opera and Sun accounting systems (mandatory)
- Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Experience with VAT and Excise Tax reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with financial audits in hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
